In Memory of Robert Garrison
Robert (Bob) Garrison was born in NJ, graduated from Teaneck High School, attended Franklin & Marshall College in Pennsylvania. He received his MBA from Fordham University in International Finance. In 1972, Bob began working for AMAX Inc. an international mining company. After several years, Bob moved to the trading side of mining, working for Brandeis Goldschmidt, Lewis & Peat and Societe General (SOGEM) in Manhattan, London and Brussels. Eventually, Bob moved to the production side of mining in South America and Armenia. In 2005, he retired to Boynton Beach, Florida where he began a new career in Real Estate. Bob joined Keller Williams, became a Realtor, Premier Properties & Weichert Realty . Bob was a RABP Board Member, was GRI, TRC, CDPE, CLHMS certified. Bob leaves his wife Barbara of 43 years, his sister Sharyn Denham (William) and two nephews, Jason & David.
Bob led a remarkable life and was loved & respected by many members of the Boynton Beach community. Bob was involved in many things since moving to Florida. Realtor for 14 years, past HOA President. One of Bob’s proudest accomplishments was being a founder of the Greater Boynton Beach Foundation for the Barrier Free Park in Boynton.
